FIN DEPT - MANAGER / DIRECTOR AUDIT - CONTRACT & CONSTRUCTION

Basic Purpose of Job:
This individual is responsible for safeguarding the assets of the Corporation by directing and performing in-depth reviews of construction and capital improvement projects and selected maintenance and service contracts. He/she is accountable to Corporate and subsidiary management for advising the Company on essential elements of control, which protects the Company from loss through inefficiency, waste, negligence, or fraud. Position interacts frequently with senior management of the Company and third-party contractors. Audit results are report to CEO, CFO and Controller as well as the Audit Committee of the Board of Directors.
This position is assigned to the Corporate Audit area within the Finance Department. This position will be filled as a Manager or Director, depending on experience. Questions regarding this position can be directed to Jennifer Hamann, General Auditor.
